  • Messaging data — the content of messages you send and receive through the Service, recipient phone numbers, delivery receipts, opt-out records, and related metadata.
  • Contact lists — data you upload about your recipients so we can process and deliver your campaigns on your behalf.
  • Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and analytics about how you interact with the Service.

2. How we use information

FlowText LLC uses information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to deliver messages and monitor deliverability; to provide analytics and support; to process payments; to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and non-compliant messaging; and to comply with legal and carrier obligations.

3. Messaging & consent

You are the sender and controller of the campaigns you run through Flowtext; you are responsible for obtaining recipient consent. We process messaging data as your service provider to deliver messages, honor STOP/opt-out requests, and maintain compliance records. Opt-out data is retained and applied account-wide to prevent further messaging to those recipients.

4. How we share information

We share information with:

  • Carriers and connectivity partners — to route and deliver your messages;
  • Service providers — vendors who process data on our behalf (e.g. hosting, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations;
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

FlowText LLC does not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and carrier obligations (including maintaining opt-out and consent records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion subject to these obligations.

FlowText LLC maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
